Return Policy
Because our items are intimate, we allow returns from Malaysia within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened. Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. Please get in touch with us through email or WhatsApp, and we will assist you through the steps. Before you proceed, do run through this quick checklist here to ensure your product is eligible for return:
-The product is unopened, which indicates that, for hygienic reasons, the hygiene seal has not been opened or tampered with.
-The product can be returned within the first 7 days of purchase, within the return window.
-The product is still in its original packing.
-The product is not bought during a sale because those purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.
-As evidence of purchase, the original order confirmation email with the order number.
Return Process
- Reach out to us through email or WhatsApp, quoting your order number and reason for return, and we will advise you further on a case-by-case basis.
- After we have verified that your product is eligible, we will process your refund.
Refund
Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund via store credit within 5 working days. The amount refunded will be equivalent to the full amount of the original transaction minus the original shipping charges. In the event the original transaction incurred a zero-shipping fee, a shipping fee of RM6 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia will be charged for standard delivery, while a shipping fee of RM20 will be charged for same-day delivery for Klang Valley.
Faulty Product?
Don't sweat it. All our products have a 90-day warranty. Do reach out to us through email or WhatsApp for a replacement. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or videos. After we have assessed the validity of the request, we will advise on the next course of action.
